The pool facilities were fantastic, a great way to relax. The inclusive breakfast and restaurant meals were of high quality. The location was perfect, with numerous excellent restaurants and museums nearby. The property was clean, and the staff spoke English.

It felt like we were in a fairy tale, nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel had a marvellous and cool location minutes away from a popular cultural center. I booked a room with a soft bed, tea and coffee, and an iron.

Clean and elegant rooms & particularly good bathrooms. Had nice climate control, a laptop-compatible safe and multi-channel television. Great location, good area, so close to Coffe shops and many attractions.

We had a very good time at this hip new hotel in Belo Horizonte. the location was particularly good for traveling around Belo Horizonte, close to Brumadinho, the busiest areas of the city, and many bars and restaurants in the city center. - Really enjoyed the restaurant for other meals if desired.

Great location in the city center. the room is very classy with an awesome hot shower, a big comfy bed, but the air conditioner doesn't work properly 😅.

The hotel is located in a very good neighborhood, close to Savassi Square, bars, restaurants, and a mall. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable with a big king bed. The breakfast included a DIY omelet, which was a nice touch.

Great location near many attractions. Clean and comfortable rooms with nice amenities. Parking was easy and personnel very helpful.

Difficult to navigate to the hotel by car due to one-way streets. It was frustrating to deal with the parking attendant who required us to obtain a new pass each time we left the garage.

We loved the location of this place, situated in a lovely neighborhood with plenty of nearby high-quality restaurants and museums to explore. The room service, dry cleaning, and 24-hour housekeeping made for a very comfortable and convenient stay. The staff here were exceptional, with tours/ticket assistance provided and the option of pet amenities available. The in-room amenities were exceptional, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, and a mini-bar all provided. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area providing special diet menus and a delicious snack bar.

We would definitely recommend this venue to all travelers, it really had everything we were looking for in a hotel stay.

The hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its modest pricing. The staff at the hotel, including Marc and many others, went above and beyond to assist us during our stay, even amidst a challenging time. The rooms were exceptionally clean and very comfortable, with a big king size bed that enhanced our overall experience. The hotel's central location in a prime neighborhood allowed us easy access to explore Belo Horizonte and enjoy its amenities.

Perfectly located amidst vibrant bars and restaurants in a safe neighborhood of the city center. Immaculately clean facilities, including the gym, pool, and breakfast area. Friendly staff members who spoke English and helped make international calls.

The hotel is in a great area with good restaurants nearby, and has easy access to public transport. the rooms are clean and have a modern bathroom with a good shower. the staff are helpful and speak different languages. the breakfast has a variety of food and drinks, and there are some leisure facilities to use.

The parking here is difficult and expensive, which is a shame as this takes away from the good experience.
